What You’ll Be Doing
Process and record incoming payments from insurance companies and patients
Match payments with invoices and services provided
Reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies
Update financial records and ensure accurate data entry
Report payment trends, delays, or irregularities to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with payment processing, accounting, or data entry (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial software
Ability to meet deadlines and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
A problem-solving mindset and initiative
