About

Madysta Telecom USA is seeking dependable and experienced Tophands to join our growing team. This role is essential in building, maintaining, and upgrading wireless infrastructure, working hands‑on at height to install antennas, lines, and equipment safely and efficiently. You’ll work outdoors on a variety of telecom sites and travel extensively across the East Coast, often on 4 to 8 week rotations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of rigging techniques, tower safety, and installation practices, and thrives in a team environment while reporting directly to the Foreman. Requirements (Must Have Before Starting)
Valid Driver’s License OSHA 30 Certification NWSA TTT1 or TTT2 Certification Willingness to travel extensively across East coast markets Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations Required Experience
AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon L&A site Work Familiarity with telecom safety standards and installation scopes What We Offer
