Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain secure and reliable CRM platform solutions on Salesforce.
Translate business partner visions into technical solutions.
Enable partner teams to build capabilities for enhanced client and associate experiences.
Design and develop interactive CRMA dashboards and lenses.
Build datasets, dataflows, and recipes using CRMA.
Manage platform events, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, and Process Builder.
Implement and manage Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development processes.
Build and deploy applications using Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
Administer Salesforce.com and manage end-user security requirements.
Implement large-scale system integrations, interfaces, and data conversions.
Drive development platforms using efficient methodologies like Agile.
Bridge needs and pace between business and IT teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in computer science or related major with 6+ years of CRM development experience.
Master’s in computer science or related major with 4+ years of CRM Development.
Knowledgeable in standard functions/modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
Demonstrated experience with the Force.com development platform.
Experience creating Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Web Component features.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Platform events.
Strong understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, and Force.com development best practices.
Knowledge of RESTful API and microservices development along with Salesforce API integration.
Ability to design and develop interactive CRMA dashboards and lenses.
Knowledge of CRMA dashboard Interactions/bindings.
Experience with Data Manager, Data Sync, and External Data ingestion.
Experience building datasets, dataflows, and recipes.
Demonstrated experience of full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development.
Experience with Application build and deploy using Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) tools - Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end-user security requirements.
Experience with large-scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS certification.
Certifications
Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer.
