Job Description Connect Service Solutions is expanding our development team by adding an experienced Salesforce Developer. This role will focus on developing and enhancing our Salesforce environments, which support critical business functions, and will also involve working with Tableau and various custom programming projects.
Crafting and building secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) Platform working with other Platform/Product Owners, and within the broader technology team to develop products aligned with standard methodologies. You will stay abreast to the Salesforce roadmap and capabilities, provide feedback to, and develop standard methodologies, optimize engineering, or release processes.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy solutions across multiple Salesforce environments, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex classes.
Work with Tableau to create and manage analytics dashboards that provide actionable insights into key business metrics.
Engage in custom programming projects that may involve various technologies and platforms alongside Salesforce.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust and scalable technological solutions.
Conduct system integration of Salesforce with other company systems and third-party applications.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations to ensure smooth functionality.
Assist in the mapping and migration of data when integrating new systems.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and Tableau users.
Stay up to date with Salesforce and Tableau releases and ensure our systems leverage new features and best practices.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau best practices and functionality.
Ability to successfully collaborate with individuals and large teams.
Ability to develop and manage Tableau dashboards.
Ability to problem solve and focus attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
Ability to work in a changing environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled in Salesforce integrations and data migration.
Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning components.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field of study plus three years of information systems experience OR
Relevant associate degree plus five (5) years of information systems experiences OR
High School Diploma or equivalent plus seven (7) years of information system experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II)
This role is ONSITE in Sheridan Arkansas and requires relocation before starting.
