You will support the care team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for residents. Key Responsibilities
Provide and oversee direct patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care team Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Compassion for an underserved population
