This position will be responsible to work with business and technical experts to implement quality software solutions following established best practices and patterns. The individual must have superb analytical and technical skills. The individual will be expected to participate in the architectural refinement, implementation design and realization of solutions that support the strategic technology needs to support the organization. A full stack engineer (FSE) is a person that has a breadth of knowledge in computer science, a problem solving mentality and a desire to learn. This person is comfortable working within a technical capacity across many of the sectors including core development on platform, data processing and report generation. The FSE will be working in a team that demands technical excellence and whose members are expected to hold each other accountable in the overall success of the output. Focus for this team is on the delivery of innovative solutions to complex problems. Behaviors

Responsibilities
Development, implementation and support of backend, middle and front-end applications. Operational triage of bugs, failed test cases and system failures. Perform code review and present recommendations for optimizing code performance. Development, deployment & support of cloud applications throughout the SDLC. Ensure the stability and availability of production environment, triage reported production issues. Contributing to a pilot or PoC effort to bring innovation to delivery. Present and defend ideas, as well as challenge ideas from other team members, in a positive and constructive environment. Requirements and Qualifications:
5+ years of software development experience using programming or scripting languages, such as Python. Experience with various AWS Cloud services including Step Functions, Lambda, IAM, Glue, SNS, SQS, EventBridge. Experience implementing, auditing, and maintaining AWS environments to the highest appropriate security standards and practices. Awareness of AWS environment networking and internet protocols is a plus. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies. Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools (eg Terraform). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, experience setting up CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Experience in SDLC, including testing and deployment. Experience with databases and writing SQL statements is a plus. Experience working as part of an agile team. Excellent communication skills. Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
