At Lakewood, pets are family, and we're committed to providing exceptional care, service, and education to every client who walks through our doors. Your Role on Our Team: As our front-line ambassador, you'll be the friendly face and voice welcoming clients and their pets. The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. Be comfortable around pets (bonus points for 6+ months of experience working with animals). Possess stellar written and verbal communication skills. Bring a passion for helping pets and people. Have a great sense of humor and thrive under pressure. Be reliable, team-focused, and ready to tackle challenges with grace.
