Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 9:00am to 5:00pm POSITION SUMMARY Working directly with our patient base to fit, sell, and maintain hearing aids. Assess person for possible hearing issues and related disorders. Administer hearing evaluations, tests, or examinations on existing and potential customers. Counsel patients during and after the evaluation process. Use Speech Mapping for Real-Ear measurement. Fit hearing aids and provide auditory rehabilitation to all in need. Meet the clinics' sales expectations and monthly financial goals. Obtain ear mold impressions when needed. Establish professional patient/employee/vendor relationships. Providing exceptional customer service to our patient base. Act as an ambassador in the community via outreach programs. Conducts prospecting by generating leads from patient files. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s) Technically Proficient - Strong understanding of computers and other modern technology. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems without assistance.
