Als senior inkoper infra en vastgoed bij GVB werk je aan aanbestedingen en contracten met grote impact. Van spoor en gebouwen tot installaties: je onderhandelt over miljoenencontracten en zorgt dat projecten professioneel en toekomstgericht worden uitgevoerd. Je beweegt je in een omgeving waar techniek, regelgeving en maatschappelijke waarde samenkomen. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig trajecten vorm te geven en ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor collega’s, leveranciers en directie.
Dit ga je doenAls senior inkoper binnen infra, vastgoed en facilitair ben je verantwoordelijk voor grote aanbestedingen en contracten. Denk aan inkooptrajecten voor onderhoud en investeringen in vastgoed, meerjarige contracten voor spoorinfrastructuur en technische voorzieningen.
Je vertaalt projectdoelen naar een doordachte inkoopstrategie en een helder aanbestedingsproces. Daarbij maak je keuzes in contractvormen zoals RAW of UAV-GC en zorg je dat afspraken juridisch stevig en praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn. Je werkt hierin samen met collega’s van Railinfra en het Facilitair Bedrijf en stemt af met contractmanagers en leveranciersmanagement.
Het speelveld is groot en divers, met een jaarlijks inkoopvolume van ruim € 250 miljoen. Binnen infra en vastgoed zorg jij dat contracten niet alleen technisch en juridisch kloppen, maar ook aansluiten bij de ambities van GVB op het gebied van duurzaamheid en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen.
Jouw rol in het kort
- Voorbereiden en begeleiden van aanbestedingen voor spoor, gebouwen en installaties
- Ontwikkelen van inkoopstrategieën en onderhandelen over miljoenencontracten
- Maken van keuzes in contractvormen die passen bij de opdracht
- Samenwerken met projectteams, contractmanagers en leveranciersmanagement
- Vertalen van organisatiedoelen naar contracten met technische en maatschappelijke waarde
Je bent een ervaren inkoper die structuur brengt in complexe trajecten. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en uitvoering, houdt overzicht en weet belangen goed te verbinden.
Daarnaast heb je:
- een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding
- minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in inkoop binnen een technische of bouwkundige omgeving
- ervaring met Europese aanbestedingen en contractvormen zoals RAW en UAV-GC
- een afgeronde inkoopopleiding zoals Nevi 1/2 of InkoopAcademie A/B

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.504,- en € 6.406,- o.b.v. 36 uur per week (schaal 11). Inschaling vindt plaats o.b.v. opleiding en relevante werkervaring.

- Gratis onbeperkt reizen met het OV van GVB én voordelig reizen voor het hele gezin.

- Een tegemoetkoming in de ziektekostenverzekering van € 84,91 per maand.

Je komt terecht in een divers team van 26 collega’s, variërend van talentvolle starters tot zeer ervaren inkopers. Het team is verdeeld over drie categorieën: ICT & staf, infra, vastgoed & facilitair en materieel.
