This role is ideal for a consultative seller with capital equipment experience who thrives on building trusted customer relationships, navigating long sales cycles, and driving meaningful revenue growth. If you’re a go‑getter with a knack for technical selling and a passion for helping manufacturers modernize their operations, this could be your next big opportunity.
Projects You'll Work On
Cultivate and grow existing client relationships while aggressively pursuing new business across your territory
Represent a cutting‑edge machinery portfolio through on‑site and virtual product demonstrations
Build and execute an annual business development plan aligned with regional objectives
Serve as a consultative expert—tailoring solutions to the unique needs of sheet metal fabricators and manufacturers
Maintain accurate forecasts, activity logs, and customer data in the CRM system
Collaborate cross‑functionally with applications engineers, service teams, and leadership to ensure seamless customer experience
Travel approximately 50% throughout your territory (Western U.S.), with occasional trips to U.S. HQ in Georgia and company facilities in Europe
What Experience You Should Bring
3+ years in technical sales, ideally within industrial manufacturing or machine tools
Strong background in both business development and account management
Strategic mindset—able to create and execute regional go‑to‑market plans
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
Proven ability to manage a long sales cycle and multiple stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in CRM platforms and pipeline reporting
Bachelor’s degree required
Must reside within the Western U.S. (e.g., TX, OK, KS, MO)
Bonus Points If You Have
Knowledge in one of the following industries: Metal Fabrication, CNC, Metal Building Products (roofing, siding, structure)
Knowledge of sheet metal machinery and tooling
More than 3 years of technical sales experience
