Opportunity: Board Certified/Board Eligible - Orthopedic Hand Surgeon
Job Details: • Join a collaborative team of 14 skilled orthopedic surgeons and 8 dedicated NP/PAs • Work with specialists across various sub-specialties including hand, shoulder and elbow, foot and ankle, pediatrics, sports medicine, podiatry, adult reconstructive, and trauma • Benefit from onsite certified hand therapy and two dedicated hand APPs • Enjoy a balanced 1:9 compensated call rotation at a Level 1 Trauma Center (approximately 30 call nights per year) • Practice in a modern ambulatory surgery center with abundant OR access • Receive support from advanced practice practitioners and dedicated clinic staff • Utilize a dedicated EMR/EPIC system in a technologically advanced environment • Engage in optional outreach opportunities and provide athletic team coverage for local professional, college, and high school sports teams • Fellowship in Hand Surgery required • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development support through training, tuition reimbursement, and educational programs • Flexible scheduling and generous time off • Access to wellness resources focused on physical, mental, and emotional health
