About the Role Transform Labs is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our team and ensure our digital products maintain the highest standards of quality. In this role, you'll manually test, identify, and track software defects to ensure each product meets our quality standards before release. You'll work closely with developers, product and project managers, and other members of the team to develop and execute test cases, automating where you can, and always contributing to our environment of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Test planning and design
Manual and automated testing
Bug identification and tracking
Collaborate with development teams
Performance and load testing
Regression testing
Monitor and report on quality metrics
Continuously improve
Your Qualifications
2-5 years experience in software QA
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with automated testing
Experience with bug tracking tools
Experience testing APIs
Familiarity with version control systems
Top notch attention to detail
Great problem solving skills
Good collaborator
Sense of humor

What We Offer
1099 hourly long-term position, expected to extend more than one year
Pay rate is $38 per hour
