What You'll Do As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:
Evaluate patients' functional abilities and occupational therapy needs within their home environment Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving meaningful goals Provide therapeutic exercises and adaptive training to improve daily function Educate patients and caregivers on safety, mobility, and activities of daily living Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications that support independence Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, caregivers, and family members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion. Qualifications:
