What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans using the nursing process Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition Document patient information accurately using Epic or other electronic health record systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care Maintain safety standards and adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols
What You Need:
Required: Current RN license in the state of practice, BLS, ACLS, NIH certification Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing, additional clinical specialty certification Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience, Epic documentation skills Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
