We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Associate to join our dynamic team./ppAs an Account Associate, your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential customers through outbound calls and texts to promote and sell State Farm Insurance products. This role is focused on building relationships, generating leads, and driving sales through proactive outreach. Your enthusiasm for sales and ability to connect with people will play a vital role in the success of our agency./ppConduct a high volume of outbound calls and texts to potential customers to introduce State Farm Insurance products and services./ppGenerate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals./ppBuild rapport with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions./ppPresent and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing clearly and compellingly./ppFollow up with leads and prospects to address questions, concerns, and objections, ensuring a positive customer experience./ppMeet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by the agency./ppStay informed about industry trends, State Farm products, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value to potential clients./ppCollaborate with team members to enhance outreach strategies and improve overall sales performance./ppParticipate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge./ppHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred./ppNo prior experience required; a strong desire to engage in sales and outreach is essential./ppExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships over the phone and through text./ppStrong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving./ppSelf-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets./ppAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team./ppProficient in using computers and standard office software./ppA valid state insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe./ppCompetitive salary plus commission structure./ppCompetitive benefits package./ppOpportunities for professional development and career advancement./ppA supportive and collaborative work environment./ppPaid time off and holiday pay./ppCompensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year/ppMy teams mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
