Competitive Hiring Package:
Hiring range of $72-$82/hr depending on experience
1 week of CME per year - CME registration, travel, and lodging covered by practice

Schedule/Practice Details: No weekend or call coverage is expected
Responsible for capturing dialysis unit patients (billed under the physician)
May have their own panel of clinic patients, but the majority will be collaborating with physicians to alternate care
Hospital-rounding will be with attending Nephrologist Qualifications: Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations.
Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans.
Knowledge of medical records documentation in a confidential manner.

This role has a salary range of $72-$82/hr and regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).
