Schedule Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Case Management Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in acute care case management and be proficient in using Meditech and Midas systems. This role involves collaborating with clinical support staff, including Social Workers and SNF coordinators, to ensure optimal patient care and management. ResponsibilitiesOversee patient care coordination and case management services. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans. Utilize EMR systems (Meditech and Midas) for documentation and reporting. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive RN license. Prior experience in acute care case management. Knowledge of Meditech and Midas systems is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
