Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team and other stakeholders Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment Participate in educational and training programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Responsibilities:
