Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who can secure appointments with qualified companies. As a BDR, you will work directly with your manager and the Account Executive team to build DailyPay's sales pipeline.

We welcome applications from individuals who are recent graduates and are eager to embark on a career in Business Development. No prior sales experience is necessary; comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to support your success in this role.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Become a DailyPay specialist through our detailed training so you can be the best brand ambassador
  • Help to deliver a customer-focused sales experience
  • Prospect new enterprise clients by researching markets and calling/emailing businesses
  • Qualify opportunities, handle objections and generate leads
  • Help administer new lead-generation projects
What You Bring to The Team
  • Bachelor's Degree: A completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Relationship Builder: Proven ability to initiate and develop strong relationships
  • Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, and driven to achieve goals
  • Adaptable and Driven: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous, but not required as training will be provided
Nice to Haves
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Experience working with or selling to HR, payroll, or finance departments
