divh2Sales Development Representative (SDR)/h2pAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Iru, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our Sales team. You will help organizations discover how Irus AI-powered platform unifies UEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, Compliance Automation, and Workforce Identity to simplify and secure the modern workplace./ppThis is a foundational role within a high-performance go-to-market organization, offering hands-on experience in enterprise technology sales and a clear path for growth into Sales, Customer Success, or GTM leadership. You will be part of a team that moves fast, learns continuously, and is redefining how IT and security teams regain time, control, and confidence across their environments./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliIdentify, research, and prospect into target accounts using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other methods/liliQualify inbound leads from trials and marketing campaigns/liliSchedule and attend initial prospect meetings; hand off qualified prospects to AEs/liliDeliver a clear, high-level introduction to Irus Platform/liliCapture detailed prospect information to enable productive sales conversations and demos/liliLog and maintain all activity, contacts, and progress accurately in HubSpot/liliUse proven sales techniques to overcome objections and drive conversion/liliStay current on Iru product updates, the IT landscape, and buyer personas/liliProvide ongoing feedback to help optimize outbound motion, messaging, and GTM strategy/li/ulpWhat Youll Bring/pulli6+ months of SDR or BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliHunger to learn, grow, and exceed targets in a fast-paced team/liliComfort working with sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)/liliResilience, coachability, and the drive to master modern outbound/liliPassion for delivering value and engaging with technical buyers/li/ulpBenefits
