We are seeking a highly motivated & skilled Interim Speech and Language Discipline Manager to support Children's Disability Network Teams. Initial duration period of 12 months. Arising from this competition, a panel may be formed from which future vacancies may be filled. This post will be located in the following areas: West/Midwest (working with teams in Limerick, Nenagh and Galway) based at one of the service locations Contract Hours: 35 Hours per week Salary Scale: €75,278 - €91,997 pro rata per annum. This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations. Annual Leave Entitlement: 34 days Overview of the Post: Working closely with the CDNM, the Interim Discipline Manager will provide discipline specific clinical and professional leadership, support and guidance to relevant staff across the assigned Childrens Disability Network Teams. They will be responsible for the delivery and development of a high quality, integrated and effective service within the discipline, working in an interdisciplinary service model, ensuring that professional standards are maintained.
