This hybrid role focuses on growing and retaining a strong client base within the residential real estate ecosystem, including real estate agents and brokers, lenders, and attorneys. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals, strong market awareness, and the ability to communicate value clearly and professionally. This position requires consistent local travel and visibility at industry and community events./ph3Candidate Profile/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/lili25 years of substantive successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience/liliStrong knowledge of residential real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulations./liliExperience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships/liliProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh energy, persistence, and accountability for results/liliPROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS (APPEARANCE, DEMEANOR, PRESENTATION, ETC.)/liliFamiliarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferred/liliDeep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets/liliStrong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions/liliExcellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtually/liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactions/liliValid drivers license required for territory travel/liliDemonstrated persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities./li/ulh3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliServe as a direct point of contact for clients regarding residential real estate transactional matters/liliConduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans/liliDevelop and maintain a client base by identifying and securing new business, while strengthening existing client relationships/liliEngage with law firm clients and real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations/liliAssess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling, tailored presentations/liliMaintain a strong presence in the market by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community and real estate events./liliPartner with internal marketing resources to support local marketing initiatives, including print/digital collateral and social media efforts, to drive awareness and growth./liliCreate, adapt, and deliver presentations to customer groups, target customers, and other stakeholders./liliCollaborate daily with cross-functional partners (including operations and escrow teams) to support client needs and ensure a positive customer experience./liliCommunicate proactively with clients and respond in a timely, professional manner./li/ulh3Why Join Us?/h3pBecome part of a dynamic team at an inclusive company that truly values its employees.
