In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships, driving sales growth, and mentoring junior team members. • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients by providing tailored insurance solutions
• Lead sales presentations and consultations with prospective and existing clients
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools
• Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
