Walmart Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a high-energy, full-time (40 hrs/week) Member Experience Specialist to join our Bentonville, AR team. In this people-focused role, you'll build meaningful connections, drive new memberships, and help members stay engaged through outstanding service and relationship-building. Schedule: 40 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday: 10am-7pm
Key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center. Responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts and services offered.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
- Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.
- Promoting and attending facility social events.
- Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.
- May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn't available.
- Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
- Other duties as needed/assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required.
- 1-2 years previous sales experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and communicates effectively.
- Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.
- Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.
- Able to walk at least 15,000 steps per 8 hour shift and stand for 8 hours.
Preferred:
- Associates degree or relevant work experience.
Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation: $17.00-$18.70 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
