• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and reporting
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and social activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Comply with established safety and infection control protocols

• Earned Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
