divh2Pump Sales And Service Representative/h2pThis role is focused on selling new pumps, pump repair, and field services including the associated control systems into the wastewater and water systems market as well as the industrial base. The role is expected to drive growth through new opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge around pumps and pump applications, consultative selling skills and demonstrated experience in the water/wastewater and industrial industries./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers/liliDrive sales of drives, pumps, parts, wastewater treatment products and related services/liliRegularly visit customer sites to identify needs, provide solutions, and generate leads/liliWork with inside sales and engineering to prepare accurate quotes for new equipment and repair services, utilizing selected programs and catalogs/liliWork with inside sales and engineering to select and size pump systems using internal tools and technical catalogs/liliAnalyze specifications and assist in creating tailored project proposals/liliWork with inside sales to assemble complete submittal and sales packages as needed/liliEnsure product quality and provide on-site technical support/liliWork with or pump channel partners to ensure successful results on selling distributed items/liliCollaborate with technicians, engineers, and contractors to deliver effective solutions/liliEnsure RAM/ISS are on bid lists and part of the bidding process/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAt least 3 years of experience in pump sales and service within the water/wastewater industry/liliKnowledge of pumping systems and components such as drives, controls, pumps, blowers, filtration systems/liliProven success in building client relationships and closing sales in repair, competitive bidding, and new equipment sales/liliProfessional presence with a customer-first attitude and relationship building skillset/liliSelf-motivated and results driven/liliExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities/liliComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment/liliProficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based software/li/ulpThe above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
