have soft skills and/ or technical skills (experience prior to starting): Direct experience with AWS, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL, PLSQL, Python, Java and Informatica Exposure to common business applications and process (ex: transaction processing, CRM, etc.) in a financial services environment Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data processes to answer questions and identify opportunities for improvement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Comfortable with transparent team collaboration Ability to work with Power BI / Tableau / OBIEE reporting capabilities Familiarity with AI concepts and related data solutions a plus but not required .
