Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Clinical Quality Data Analyst will manage data workflows and analysis to support quality performance improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance analytics and drive performance management. Key responsibilities:
Execute the Quality Performance Improvement strategy by building and maintaining complex datasets for quality analytics Project manage initiatives to strengthen data governance and improve the overall data ecosystem Serve as the first line of defense for end-user experience, troubleshooting issues and enhancing user satisfaction feedback systems
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field Solid technical proficiency in designing and deploying high-impact visualizations within cross-functional teams Demonstrated experience in translating complex data sets into compelling visualizations Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel 4+ years of progressive project management experience in population health or healthcare analytics
