The WSO Business Travel Sales Coordinator provides support to multiple WSO BT Account Directors. The BT sales team is responsible for generating $100+M in annual room revenue – this team is highly seasoned, professional, dynamic, energetic and busy. The Business Travel Sales Coordinator supports the sales process for the BT Sales team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Attention to detail, multi-tasking and flexibility are critical – the coordinator must be highly organized, proactive and solution oriented, with a positive, collaborative outlook. This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, New York Worldwide Sales Office, reporting to the Director, Worldwide Sales, Business Travel. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels. What You'll Be Doing: Manage email and calendar workflows in Outlook. Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and invoice processing in Concur. Manage RFP Process through Cvent/Lanyon, Vindow, ReadyBid, and other Corporate Travel RFP Platforms. Maintain and update customer profiles in Salesforce. Generate sales reports and extract data from Cvent/Lanyon, Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI. Prepare and update sales presentations using PowerPoint. Provide virtual meeting support, including scheduling, hosting, and recording sessions in Microsoft Teams. Sales Support Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and hotel partners, including managing correspondence during Account Directors' absence. Enter and track sales activities, traces, and leads, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication with hotel partners. Provide operational and logistical support for customer events, internal meetings, and sales activities. Marketing Communications Prepare sales presentations and coordinate logistics for customer educational webinars. Analyze reports and conduct market research to support business development initiatives. Manage event surveys and track ROI for all revenue-generating activities. What You Bring: Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative, sales, or hospitality experience preferred. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Computers and Databases:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Lanyon/Cvent, ReadyBid, Vindow, Salesforce, Power BI, Concur, or similar CRM/database platforms preferred. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with reports and data.
