To enable predictable and transparent delivery of product strategy, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage portfolio intake mechanics, planning, and governance while collaborating with product leadership and executive stakeholders to maximize outcomes and minimize risks.
Key responsibilities
Own portfolio intake mechanics and governance, ensuring initiatives are decision-ready and sequenced effectively
Translate product roadmaps into integrated portfolio delivery plans and conduct capacity modeling and scenario analysis
Maintain visibility into portfolio health and ensure decisions are documented, tracked, and acted upon consistently
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or strategy enablement
Proven experience operating at a portfolio or enterprise level across multiple initiatives and teams
Strong analytical capabilities, including capacity modeling and investment tradeoff analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and planning/portfolio tooling
