Owning and evolving design systems with AI-first workflows, the full-time remote Staff Design Systems Engineer will enhance team efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and contributing to strategic improvements in design and research operations. Key responsibilities
Own and evolve design systems to improve efficiency in engineering, product design, and research workflows Automate repetitive tasks and build integrations using AI tools to streamline operations Contribute to the strategic improvement of team quality and efficiency by identifying areas for AI integration
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in design systems, design engineering, design operations, or related fields Active use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in professional workflows Familiarity with modern design and research tools, including Figma and component libraries Strong technical fluency with APIs and automation platforms Ability to manage multiple high-urgency projects across cross-functional teams
