Job Summary:
The Department of Psychology & Counseling is seeking adjunct instructors to teach various courses in the fully online MA Program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology for students in China. Courses include:
Organizational Psychology
Research Methods & Design
Personnel Selection
Psychometrics
Behavioral Consulting
Human Resource Development
Lifestyle and Career Counseling
Required Qualifications:
Online Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, MBA, or a related discipline combined with relevant professional experience.
Ability to teach a fully online MA-level course for students in China.
Preference given to candidates with college teaching experience.
