Associate Product Manager, Data Governance Remote, USA
Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time. As the Associate Product Manager for Data Governance, you will be the enterprise-level owner of analytics governance, shared definitions, and enablement processes that ensure Omada can answer critical business questions faster and more efficiently. This role will work across Product, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to create the structures for how analytics are governed, accessed, and used.
Responsibilities:
Define and maintain authoritative definitions for core business and clinical concepts, resolving conflicts between local and enterprise views.
Design and evolve governance processes, SOPs, and engagement models so that analysts and business users can work efficiently within a coherent, well‑understood framework.
Collaborate with other product managers to incorporate data science concepts into their features and experiences.
Own Omada’s analytics ecosystem as central product owner, setting clear standards and driving adoption across the company.
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or generally 3+ with an advanced degree).
Subject matter expertise in enterprise analytics governance, data product management, or analytics enablement.
Experience establishing governance processes and tool implementation for data definitions, metrics, or analytics across multiple business functions.
Track record of solving ill‑defined problems with advanced conceptual thinking to develop solutions.
Experience with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (advanced degree preferred).
Strategic & Analytical:
Think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to use data to impact members and customers.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding.
Comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts to understand problem spaces, identify opportunities, and propose solutions.
Communication & Influence:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create formal networks with key decision makers and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
Skilled at adapting communication style for different audiences, from technical teams to senior executives.
Collaboration & Problem Solving:
Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at solving problems with limited resources and information.
Great listener who asks insightful questions and doesn't accept “It’s how we’ve always done it” as an answer.
Proven ability to reconcile opposing stakeholder views to drive results.
Execution & Delivery:
History of consistently delivering results against target metrics and commitments.
Ability to exercise autonomous decision making with limited input on methods and techniques to obtain results.
Your Impact:
Eliminate fragmentation: Establish single sources of truth for critical business and clinical metrics, reducing confusion and accelerating decision‑making.
Increase trust: Build confidence in analytics across the organization through governed definitions and transparent processes.
Scale effectively: Create governance frameworks and enablement systems that scale as Omada’s product portfolio and customer base expand.
Benefits:
Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus.
Equity grants.
Remote‑first work‑from‑home culture.
Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones.
Generous parental leave.
Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above‑market employer contributions).
