Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of member accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while monitoring account performance and engagement
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
At least 3 years in a SaaS or subscription-based B2B environment
Proven track record of revenue growth within an existing book of business
Strong commercial instincts and understanding of deal structure and negotiation
Organized and data-driven, with experience using CRM systems
