Process licensing & commissions transactions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform data entry, data validation, and data analysis with high accuracy. Review, verify, and update records in internal systems. Handle email-based communication with internal teams or clients. Ensure compliance with quality standards, turnaround time (TAT), and SLAs. Identify discrepancies or errors and elevate issues to supervisors when required. Maintain confidentiality and data security as per company and client policies. Participate in process improvement initiatives and training programs. Meet productivity, accuracy, and performance targets consistently. Research and process requests while working on multiple screens and applications. Resolve moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines. Perform routine research on customer inquiries. Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet & exceed service standards. Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team. Ability to work with strict timelines. WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Good written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work with large volumes of data. Time management and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to work night shifts. Must be able to type 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy. Graduation in any stream, commerce graduate preferred. Experience in insurance processes preferred. Experience in a professional/office related environment that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts. Experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools. Must be able to type 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy. Effective English business communication skills required to exchange information with client. Must have basic email/letter writing skills. Good understanding of MS Excel and MS‑Outlook.
