Scope:
Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in the assigned region related to Profile Sales at VEKA Pvt Ltd. This includes business development, customer management, team leadership, and ensuring profitable growth.
Job Summary
This role exists to drive and expand sales operations within the assigned territory by managing end-to-end sales efforts, leading and mentoring the sales team, developing strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of VEKA Pvt Ltd.
The role also includes recruitment, performance management, and capability development of the regional sales team. Needed to handling minimum 8-10 Crs of Business yearly on average basis
Minimum 15-20 days of market travel per month is mandatory.
Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Graduate: MBA (Marketing) from a reputed management institution preferred Qualification.
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Projects sales of Building Materials industry Experience working with Architects, Fabricators, Builders, Contractors, Project Sales, and Government Projects.
Core Competencies Functional Skills:
Strong business acumen and market understanding, Technical and product knowledge, financial literacy, Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
Behavioral Skills:
Interpersonal skills, Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Problem-solving, Result orientation, Customer psychology understanding.

Profile sales to fabricators
Drive project sales across Chandigarh
Manage & expand relationships with
Builders, Architects, Contractors & Fabricators
Identify new projects and convert business opportunities
Strong B2B/project sales experience
Good market connects in Chandigarh
Ability to independently drive business growth
New business development
Sales team performance and goal management
Customer acquisition, growth, and retention
Brand and market development
Regional profitability management
Team building and performance coaching
Manage and expand sales in the assigned region
Develop new business opportunities with long-term potential
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
Guide, support, and train team members
Monitor and evaluate team performance
Support HR in hiring effective resources
Collaborate with marketing team
Maintain strong client relationships
Generate market intelligence reports
Ensure disbursement of incentives
