Job Overview Tactacam is seeking a dynamic leader to join our People & Culture team as the Manager, Talent Acquisition. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will serve as a pivotal member of the leadership team and a true talent thought partner to the business. In this strategic role, you will lead our entire recruitment function, balancing high‑level strategy with a deep proficiency in driving operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in ensuring our hiring processes scale effectively while maintaining a world‑class standard of excellence for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a creative leader skilled in building high‑performing teams, designing seamless processes, and making high‑impact talent decisions that fuel our organization’s growth.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Leadership & Coaching : Lead, mentor, and coach the talent acquisition team to meet and exceed hiring goals, fostering a culture of continuous development and high performance.
White‑Glove Experience : Ensure the recruiting team provides a "white‑glove" experience to all candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for ensuring every touchpoint is thoughtful, seamless, and unique.
Reporting & Analytics : Own the recruitment data cycle, including the delivery of comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting to track KPIs, pipeline health, and team productivity.
Operational Efficiency : Build and maintain scalable, efficient processes that drive the team to consistently meet and exceed Time to Fill goals.
Consultative Partnership : Act as a strategic consultant to hiring managers, utilizing your ability to influence and provide expert guidance to help leaders make critical talent decisions.
Senior‑Level Recruiting : Directly manage and execute full‑cycle recruitment for senior‑level roles and high‑priority requisitions, providing additional hands‑on support during periods of high volume.
Brand & Experience : Champion projects that enhance employer branding and the overall candidate experience.
Negotiation & Closing : Lead the team in sophisticated negotiation strategies, ensuring we remain competitive and successful in securing top‑tier talent.
Process Innovation : Continuously evaluate and iterate on the recruitment tech stack (Greenhouse, etc.) and sourcing methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Innovation : Stay at the forefront of industry trends and recruiting techniques to ensure we remain a competitive employer.
Requirements
Experience : 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within fast‑paced tech or consumer goods environments.
Leadership : You are an experienced people manager with a proven ability to coach and mentor a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
Relationship Building : You are a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships through empathy, integrity, and excellent communication.
Business Acumen : You possess the ability to quickly understand business priorities and provide creative hiring solutions.
Resilience : You are self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
Data Savvy : You are skilled at interpreting data and presenting it in a way that influences action and drives meaningful change.
Strategic Influence : You are a natural influencer who can navigate complex talent decisions and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Operational Rigor : You are proficient at driving efficiency through data and have a proven track record of building scalable hiring workflows.
Negotiation Expert : You possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex offers with ease.
Candidate‑Centric : You have a "white‑glove" mindset and believe that a unique, thoughtful candidate experience is a key brand differentiator.
Education : You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Technical Skills : Proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS), Lattice, and Google Suite is preferred.
