Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and monitor digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms
Track performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities
Analyze campaign data and make data‑driven decisions daily
Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth delivery
Work with internal teams to execute and improve campaign performance
Build reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / platform dashboards)
Continuously test variables (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies)
Required Skills And Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (STEM fields preferred: Math, Engineering, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
Fluent English (written and spoken – must be able to communicate clearly in a professional environment)
High attention to detail
Fast learner with strong problem‑solving ability
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus
Bonus: Any exposure to digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Additional details: This is a full‑time, remote position. Starting compensation: up to $1,500/month. Performance‑based growth: opportunity to scale to $3,000–$4,000/month based on results.
