This is a part-time remote role for an Accounts Payable Clerk. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks including processing invoices, maintaining accounts payable records, reconciling account balances, and assisting with financial reporting. The role involves working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment processing, handling inquiries, and resolving discrepancies. Responsibilities
Process invoices and maintain accounts payable records Reconcile account balances and assist with financial reporting Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment processing Handle inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to accounts payable Qualifications
Strong understanding of finance and basic accounting principles Experience with accounting software and proficiency in managing invoicing processes Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus
