Core Accountabilities The Marketing Lead will shape and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, promote trust with clients, and support business development initiatives.
Brand Management
Collaborate with leadership to develop a brand marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Understand and communicate the company's identity and value to the industry.
Manage and enhance the brand to ensure consistency and relevance across all marketing channels and materials.
Content Development and Distribution
Steward the creation of high-quality, engaging content that connects deeply with clients, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media platforms.
Investigate and leverage new marketing tools and platforms, including AI-empowered content creation, marketing automation, CRM, SEO/SEM, and analytics software.
Internal Company Support
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, and client-facing teams, to understand their client profiles, needs, and objectives.
Provide support and guidance to internal teams in developing tailored marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively engage and attract target clients.
Core Competencies Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on B2B marketing. Experience in the downstream oil refining &/or petrochemical market is ideal.
Leadership and Collaboration
Demonstrated leadership on cross-functional teams. Will foster a collaborative and results-driven culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and accountability.
Effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
