Opportunity & Impact As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a key leader in reducing friction in healthcare integration and accelerating data utility for critical markets. This highly visible, commercially‑focused role is responsible for defining and driving the product strategy for our offerings aimed at EHR customers, with expansion into other markets or segments likely as our strategy evolves. You will own a core product area while partnering closely with Go‑to‑Market teams to achieve commercial targets, serving as a domain expert for both strategic product development and the use cases our solutions address. The ideal candidate brings tenacity and enthusiasm to driving new solutions forward and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
50% Product Management & Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for one or more key market segments, cultivating deep domain expertise in their interoperability needs.
Define and document clear business requirements for new features, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations that solve customer pain points (e.g. CMS Regulations for certified EHRs, HTI‑4, CMS Interoperability Framework, CMS‑0057, TEFCA, etc.).
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to align commercial intent with technical feasibility, development plans, and user experience.
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using data analytics and user feedback to inform product strategy and measure adoption/success.
40% Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Solutions
Spearhead product positioning & core messaging that resonates with target buyers and customer segments for current products.
Identify new bets to make in the space of interoperability.
Partner with Marketing on launch strategies, including content development (white papers, case studies, blogs), and release plans.
Serve as a thought leader to position Redox as an interoperability platform partner, supporting Sales Enablement through training, pitch materials, competitive battle cards, and product demonstrations for strategic customers.
10% Regulatory Impact Analysis
Participate in a cross‑functional group that discusses the impact of regulatory changes/shifts on the business & our customers, e.g. DaVinci implementation guides.
Develop strategies that are commensurate with impact.
Plan for product enhancements to support current and future customers in the interop space.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS software company, ideally in the Healthcare technology space.
Demonstrated success in bringing B2B SaaS products to market, including owning market segmentation, GTM strategy, and supporting pipeline generation.
Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS business models, and complex B2B sales cycles.
Strong knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
Technical aptitude with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills to articulate complex issues clearly and drive progress in ambiguous or uncertain situations.
Balances day‑to‑day execution with strategic, long‑term thinking, anticipating future possibilities and impacts on the business.
Builds consensus and gains commitment by providing sound rationale for recommendations that effectively address stakeholder needs and concerns, including C‑Suite.
Uplevels how we work with a focus and interest in contributing to a strong product management culture.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with FHIR.
Experience with EHRs.
Software Platform / Tools Preferred: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Suite, Productboard (or similar)
$165,000 - $190,000 a year
Compensation The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $165,000 - $190,000 per year. The base salary range may be modified in the future and the actual offer may vary depending on candidate qualifications, experience, and interview assessment. This compensation includes a total rewards package with stock options and employee benefits for full‑time employees.
