Seer is a remote‑first agency and a Certified B‑Corp, with team members across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office in Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the U.S. who can work continental U.S.-based hours.

Role Highlights
Serve as Seer's People Partner (HRBP) across all business units:
act as a trusted advocate, building relationships with leaders and employees, balancing empathy with sound guidance to align people strategy with business goals.
Handle complex situations with judgment and care:
own sensitive employee relations matters end‑to‑end, including conflict resolution, medical accommodations, leave cases, and legal partnerships.
Lead and project manage organization‑wide people initiatives:
own cross‑functional programs from philosophy setting through execution and communication, advise on compensation strategy, and report to the VP of People on organizational health.
Own learning & development and manager enablement:
set the philosophy and roadmap for organizational learning, build and facilitate content for lunch & learn and LMS, and translate listening into actionable enablement experiences.
Lead bi‑annual performance calibrations:
facilitate calibration sessions, coach leaders for consistency and fairness, and surface patterns for strategic recommendations.
Manage and develop the People Operations team:
coach the People Operations Senior Associate and maintain knowledge of core PX programs and vendor relationships.
Champion culture and engagement:
partner with the VP of People Experience to assess business unit health and surface opportunities for belonging and culture building.
Innovate through AI and tooling:
identify opportunities to streamline people workflows, build or commission AI‑powered tools and automations to reduce friction for managers and team members.

streamline HR processes such as feedback analysis, performance tracking, and talent development.
Cross‑functional platform fluency:
navigate and administer core HR and learning platforms (Small Improvements, BambooHR, Athena, Seismic).
Trend synthesis and strategic recommendation:
connect signals from disparate sources to surface performance gaps and cultural patterns.

Built trusted relationships across all divisions and established yourself as a go‑to people partner.
Identified at least two opportunities to strengthen team connection, belonging, or culture and proposed action plans.
Delivered one leadership training or workshop focused on feedback, communication, or team motivation.
Made at least one data‑driven recommendation to improve retention, engagement, or team performance.
Took clear ownership of one cross‑functional or organization‑wide project, with command of its status, stakeholders, and next steps.
Built working knowledge of core PX programs and platforms.
Benefits & Compensation
Total compensation:
$100,000–115,000, determined by skills and experience. Evaluation at least once a year.
