Overview Redbear
is opening a small number of seats in our
Executive Partner Network . This role is for people who already sit close to decision-makers and know when a company needs help before they admit it themselves.
You are the type of person others trust. Founders listen when you speak. Operators ask your opinion. You spot broken marketing, wasted spend, and unclear strategy in conversations most people miss.
Here’s the challenge.
When you see a company struggling and you feel confident making the introduction, you connect them to Redbear. Our CEO runs the Chemistry Meeting, our team handles diagnostics, and we decide if we can make a real impact. You do not pitch. You do not sell. You open the door.
If that introduction becomes a client, you earn a percentage of revenue for the first year. Simple. Clean. No extra work.
This role works best if you already operate in or around healthcare, mental health, treatment centers, or consumer brands. It also works if people regularly ask you things like, “Hey, do you know someone who could help me?"
We are selective. This is a private network, not an open referral program. We care about judgment, discretion, and how you show up in relationships.

Responsibilities
Identify companies that could benefit from Redbear and initiate introductions to Redbear’s team.
Maintain discretion and trust; you do not pitch or sell, you open the door for potential collaboration.
Leverage existing relationships and networks to facilitate connections with decision-makers.
Coordinate with Redbear’s Chemistry Meeting, diagnostics team, and leadership to determine impact potential.
Represent the Executive Partner Network with professionalism and good judgment.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong existing proximity to decision-makers and a track record of credible introductions.
Experience in or around healthcare, mental health, treatment centers, or consumer brands is preferred.
People who are frequently asked for recommendations or introductions.
Compensation & Terms If an introduction becomes a client, you earn a percentage of revenue for the first year. No extra work required beyond the initial connection.
