Senior Auditor
to support our
Internal Audit
team. The role is responsible for developing and executing audit work programs and performing financial and operational audits of company operations. This role supports the Internal Audit plan by identifying findings, preparing business-focused recommendations, presenting results to management, and preparing audit reports. Location: U.S. (Remote)
About the Role
Scope, plan, conduct, and report on high-risk audits independently. Design and perform tests of internal controls for manufacturing operations. Conduct audit testing including interviews, data analysis, and control evaluations. Present audit findings and recommendations to process owners. Assist in preparing remediation activities and follow up on implementation. Contribute to audit and operational KPIs. Coach and mentor junior staff; review audit work papers. Ensure compliance with IIA standards and ethical practices. Liaise with external auditors on joint efforts and follow-up actions. Support development paths and programs for audit team members. Multicultural business knowledge including legal, fiscal, and operational requirements. Recommends improvements and promotes best control practices. Uses SAP and data analytics to optimize audit work. Communicates effectively across all organizational levels. Requires flexibility, travel availability, and fluent English. Builds strong relationships with audited entities and leadership teams. What You Bring
Must be able to travel 30%-35% of the time and have experience working individually/remotely Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Minimum 4 years in internal audit and 4 years in related finance roles SAP, Oracle, ERP systems Data analytics tools (ACL, IDEA, Power BI, Power Query) What We Offer
