We believe learning a new skill, like finTECH, should be exciting and engaging — and that starts with the instructional staff. Prior teaching experience isn't required to be a TA. If you bring knowledge, strong communication skills, and positive energy to the classroom, you'll help students on their transformative journey to a successful and rewarding career. We provide training, lesson plans, and tools to support you in making a difference.

Below is a brief overview of each role; more details will be provided during a scheduled phone conversation with a recruiter.
Our
Teaching Assistants
are present during class hours, facilitating lessons and assisting students during project group work sessions. Our
Tutors
support students in University Bootcamps worldwide through 1:1 Zoom sessions, scheduled based on need and availability. Our
Learning Assistants
support students via Slack on a structured schedule with multiple shift options. Our
Graders
evaluate student assignments, providing detailed, clear feedback to support their learning journey, with flexible scheduling. Skills & Requirements
At least 6 months of experience related to the program you wish to interview for ( some roles require more than 6 months ) Familiarity with most or all of the program technologies listed for your chosen program Excellent time-management skills Stable internet connection Schedule flexibility This is a remote, part-time W2 position. ***Must be authorized to work in the U.S.*** Other Perks:
