While a lot of your time will be spent as our resident bike expert, you’ll pivot to skis and snowboards when the seasons shift, ensuring our customers are geared up year-round. We need a high-energy "gear head" with a solid sales background who can talk specs, fit, and performance with total confidence. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.
Two-Wheel Tech Expert:
You bring heavy bike knowledge to the floor and have personal experience in the saddle, whether it’s mountain, road, or casual riding.
Versatile Outdoorsman:
You’re an active participant in the lifestyle—at a minimum, you’re an avid cyclist, skier, or snowboarder who can authentically speak to the gear’s performance.
Culture Fit:
You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
Skills:
Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
Physicality:
This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
Education:
High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
*Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
Schedule & Compensation
Hours:
Average of 15-20 hours per week
The Shift:
Evening closing shifts ( Between 5:00
PM – 9:00 PM). Also includes product knowledge team training every other week on a Tuesday or Wednesday from 5:15 PM - 6:45 PM.
Weekends:
Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Pay:
The hourly rate posted includes personal sales commission and a base hourly wage.
Closing Date: The job opportunity will remain posted until we have selected a qualified candidate to fill the position.
