Client Advisor (Sales Representative) BMW of San Francisco is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our high‑performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in automotive or other high‑end (luxury/high line) sales environments who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized service and follow‑up
Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial inquiry to delivery
Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of BMW products, features, and financing options
Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach
Always maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
Qualifications
Previous sales experience required (automotive, luxury retail, real estate, or other high‑line sales preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to succeed
Ability to provide premium customer experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200.00-$150,00.00.
This is a performance‑driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: commission on individual payable gross, and bonuses based on: individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. The actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
