Job Summary The Data Analytics Analyst/Manager for the Cloud Success Insights Team is a crucial role responsible for delivering data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations that empower Cloud Leaders to drive various programs within Customer Success. The role will involve providing dedicated analytics support to a specific cloud team and collaborating with different teams within CSG. The position requires an individual contributor who can demonstrate versatility in tackling a diverse range of problem statements, including in-depth analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, data visualization, and effective presentation. It also requires a proactive attitude toward embracing new challenges and the ability to respond promptly to questions raised by senior leaders, potentially working outside standard business hours. Eligibility & Screening Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen operating on U.S. Soil with no dual citizenship. Must meet customer and government screening standards, including a Criminal Justice Information Services screening with fingerprint scan. Citizenship will be verified through two REAL ID Act documents: U.S. Passport, Passport Card, REAL Driver’s License, Global Entry Card, U.S. Government CAC/PIV. Key Responsibilities Provide data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations to Cloud Leaders, support the Cloud Success Insight Team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain proactive communication with senior leaders. Must Have Qualifications Degree or equivalent proven experience. Experience evaluated based on core competencies such as extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc. Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years (for Lead) experience, preferably in a data analytics team. Extensive experience in writing complex database queries in SQL. Expert in one or more popular visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Strong analytical mindset capable of diving deep and extracting insights. Excellent storytelling and executive-level presentation skills. Demonstrated experience of creating and presenting data, dashboards, and analysis to leadership teams and explaining complex analytical concepts to executives. Ability to quickly learn new analytics tools. Team-player, mentor to junior analysts. Ownership: Assume responsibility for assigned projects from start to finish. Stakeholder management. Nice-To-Have Skills Direct experience (2+ years) in data engineering. Tableau certification such as desktop specialist/professional. Experience working with cloud data sources. Hands‑on experience in advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, machine learning using Python or R. Salesforce Product Certification.
