Schedule Night shift, 4x12-hour schedule (18:30 - 07:00) Job Description The Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) ensuring optimal outcomes and satisfaction. The role includes monitoring patients with cardiovascular conditions and providing advanced nursing care. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient health and recovery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care in the PCU setting Monitor and assess patient conditions, conducting regular evaluations Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy Implement and evaluate care plans and interventions Support patients and families through education and emotional support Collaborate with healthcare team members for interdisciplinary patient care Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU or comparable environment Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required; CPI preferred Experience with Epic charting system Cardiovascular experience required Why ARMStaffing?
