Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic tests, and creating personalized treatment plans Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic diseases in collaboration with physicians or independently based on licensure Providing education to patients and their families regarding prevention, wellness strategies, and disease management Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within your scope of practice Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic health management Working cohesively with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless, integrated healthcare Maintaining comprehensive and precise documentation within electronic medical records (EMR) Educational Background
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Mandatory Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Washington State National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Essential Skills
Strong clinical expertise combined with a caring approach to patient interactions Proficient communication abilities with patients, families, and clinical teams Flexibility in dynamic, patient-focused settings Competence in EMR systems and familiarity with telehealth technologies A team-oriented attitude and dedication to evidence-based practices What You'll Appreciate About This Position
